House of LXMI is free, and there are only ten desks. A desk held for someone who doesn’t come is a desk another woman could have used.
Tell us early
Plans change. Email contact@houseoflxmi.com from the address you applied with, at least 48 hours before your check-in, and we’ll free up your desk for someone else. Cancelling in time costs nothing and doesn’t count as a no-show.
What’s a no-show?
We’ve confirmed your booking by email, and you either don’t come in at all or cancel less than 48 hours before check-in. A whole stay counts as one booking. If we release your desk because your ID didn’t reach us within 48 hours of our asking, that isn’t a no-show.
Three in a row
After three no-shows in a row, we won’t accept any further applications from you. Coming in for a booking resets the count to zero.
