If there’s room and it feels like a fit, we’ll ask for a copy of your ID, then confirm your dates.
Bring the work. We’ll make room.
Tell us when you’d like to come, how many desks you need, and a little about what you’re building.

Find your dates
Choose a weekday for check-in, then a weekday for check-out. Your stay can be up to two months.

Let’s be clear.

- No membership tiers.
- No “hot desks”.
- No “premium access”.
- No motivational posters telling you to hustle harder.
- No one asking you to network with the person next to you.
- No permanent desks either.
There are only ten. We’d like as many women as possible to get a turn.
Nothing complicated.
Be nice.
It’s a shared space.
Keep it down.
Someone may be writing something important.
Clean up after yourself.
It’s just the decent thing to do.
Don’t hoard a desk.
Ten desks. Lots of women.
Two months max.
Ideally a week. Then please make room for someone else.
Look after the Space.
Furniture. Coffee machine. Whiteboards. Wi-Fi. All of it.
Share.
Ideas. Introductions. Contacts. Maybe even your coffee.
Respect boundaries.
Not everyone wants to network at 9am.
Come to work.
Whatever “work” means to you.
And have a good time.
It’s a space, after all.
Because we can.
And because we think access matters.
LXMI has spent years bringing women who lead, build and create into the same room. The Space is a smaller, simpler version of that idea.
A desk shouldn’t be the thing that stops someone from getting work done.
So we’re giving away ten.
Not forever.
Not to everyone.
Just enough to make a difference.
